Firsts

We have experienced a lot of 'firsts' in our new house and each thing has been exciting! (Life is about enjoying the little things!!)

Cooking our first dinner, stuffed salmon, shrimp, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob...yum!

Watering the yard for the first time. We quickly realized that the yard is our responsibility, no one comes to mow or water anymore!! This will be a learning process!!

Cooking breakfast for the first time in my wonderful kitchen, complete with a dishwasher! :)

Our first house guest. Gavin spent the night for his 6th birthday. We went to dinner, played with his new remote control truck, made cupcakes and watched movies! It was a big night!

Our first house project: the landscaping. Matt and his brother expanded the front landscaping and added lots of flowers and rock. I love how it turned out!

There will be many more first and I cannot wait!
